The Corinth Branch of the Saratoga YMCA
While not the biggest YMCA, the Corinth Branch keeps adding more machines and space to work out. Nightly spin classes, Zumba, and Karate are available for all ages. At some points throughout the year their will be team challenges such as miles rowed, or consecutive days working out in a row with awards ranging from gift cards to free membership for a certain period of time. The YMCA also doubles as a day care center for small children and for middle school students there is a program after school that teaches kids how to work out. You have to be 10 years old to work out on the bikes and treadmills, but you have to be at least 13 to work out on the free weights and the other machines. There is no pool at this YMCA on account that it is not big enough. If you get a job at the YMCA you get a free membership for yourself and for a few of your family members. The people who work the front desk are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and they will help you with your workouts or with any problem you might have.
